I was wondering if any of you can send me Reiki energy ... my back has been hurting lately.. and healing emotionally, spiritually too. It would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I would so love to grow a few inches taller.
There are many products that claim to help you do this, but i dont trust any of them.

Has anybody tried any of these products and has it worked?

I prefer to use a product that uses mind power, hypnosis etc. I want to avoid pills.

Hi All - the following is my ascending experience, of anchoring all the correct guidance, to give you the information you require to ascend.
Defining ones guidance, is also part of the conscious raising activity.

A COMMUNING STRUCTURE.

If one is intending to ascend this incarnation, there must be a level of communion, collaboration and mentoring by many of the non-physical, higher dimensional realms.

Terra/Earthmother – has important information for every initiate pertaining to their ascension. She sincerely desires this communion.
Communion is through her tarot deck, dream, lucid dreaming.
Nature Realms – has information, pertaining to ones health, karma clearing, and have guardians roles in the fulfilment of many Divine/Sacred Agreements, ascension tasks. There will be your ongoing Nature Guide, and many others will contact you, for ascension work. Through the Dream, tarot.
The Elemental Aurora Force – at the moment is maintaining energies and templar guardianship.. waiting for some conscious help from humanity. They generally contact through the dream and tarot.
Guardians – (from the Great Central Sun) also called psychic guardians. Some are guardians/protectors, some are mentors, and some are observers.
Dream, tarot, vision.
Ancestors – transcended Solar Level beings, who will take each initiate through some of their karmas. Dream and vision.
One Source – this and Terra are the ultimate in guidance. One Source level communion is attained through Divine Union initiations. All manner of ascension issues are collaborated with your One Source. Mainly in the learning of the higher consciousness concepts, the Language of One (crop circles) and the many questions pertaining to Universal Truths, are answered by your One Source. Dream, tarot, clairvision/clairaudience.
(only as the karmas are done to release all other non-ascending intervention)

Questions are also answered by your other communing sources, however the answers will most likely be in the form of karma, issues to be cleared .. the basics first, then the magic.
Many non-ascending entities and beings will also jump in, and answer you, this is why a discernment tool is a necessary tool if one is intending to ascend.

You can also asked for your World Service tasks to be revealed, but karma deems you electrical, and harmful. All the while you have karmic ties to others, you are open to psychic attacks (too much difficulty in protecting whilst doing any world service tasks, whilst these karmas are an ‘enabling’ mechanism.)

It takes the use of many tools, to have all this mentoring. And using these tools regularly, so as not to miss anything.
Daily in fact – or manytimes during the day.

Channeling, clairaudience and telepathic connection is suspect at the moment. Too many non-ascending beings latching onto unsuspecting initiates, through their karmic ties with humanity. Deceiving and causing many to stall in their ascensions.
Because of this, the dream and all modalities of dream, dreamtime, dreamweaving must be explored and used. This is the main tool, used by all our communing sources.
The minor problem with the dream is (a) initially the dream is filled with personal issues, requiring addressing (karma). Clear the karma and the dream becomes pure ascension information (b) many initiates fail to interprete their dreams, insodoing, the dreaming becomes insignificant.

If you paste a list of required questions in the front of your dream journal, to interprete your dreams correctly, and regularly place the dream journal beside your pillow, and you will start to dream again.
Also acquiring a pendulum to use in conjunction with the journal and questions.
Pasting these integral questions into your dream journal, is showing the communing sources that (a) you now have a means to interprete and (b) now you mean business!
You, and they, can now address the business in hand.

If you have an Earthmother tarot deck (this deck is ascension programmed).
www.ascendpress.org channeled Earthmother for her chi-codes, called the Language of Light, the Language of Terra - and a tarot deck was designed.
One can download free of charge, or purchase, with a CD rom as instructions. However I have noticed those who do not print out all the text of the Single Tones, Dual Tones and Tri Tones of the Language of Light, do not have enough information to keep using the deck. The deck has no text information on them, as many of the tones/words, can mean many different things – it will be with the use of a pendulum and the text, one will have immense success.

This deck is our main communing ‘in’ with Terra. All the other communing sources also intervene in this deck.

Using this deck regularly, will often refer back to a dream (a dream card will reveal itself). One, then pendulums back through their journal, allowing the pendulum to show you exactly which dream, can now be worked upon.

All the tools are interactive with each other.
The Dream, the tarot, lucid dreaming/visioning, kineseology, symbology from Nature and Soul, muscle-testing or penduluming.
Tying in with authentic ascension works .. which a dream or tarot may lead you to, to understand something in your ascension.

To find authentic ascension works, you also must use your pendulum for discernment. There are now so many books, websites, articles purporting to be ascension, but are not.
Checking the ascension-integrity of another person, or a body of work, is crucial to ones ascension. This is why Terra deems the pendulum an ESSENTIAL ascension tool. One must be constantly checking their own ascending-integrity, and others. There is no time now for studying or reading non-ascending works.

All this becomes a Communing Structure. A daily process, whereby one tool will be referring you to something else. Whether it be a karma ready for completion, or a bit of information to raise your consciousmind, or some World Service task.

The more you are determined to anchor this amount and level of communing, the more successful you will be.

Ceddyn:
The brilliant design of the great city allowed its citizens to roam easily around the cobblestone roads. They were free from fear. In 100 years, no army has ever been able to penetrate deep into the city, due largely to its design. From the air, the roads seemed to create a spider's web. Most of the patrons had forgotten war, except for the few unlucky ones -- or perhaps wise ones. The Kingdom was thriving in economical and agricultural growth, as everyday, the workers can do their jobs without fear or hesitation. But everything changes sometime.
Even in such a large city, everyone here knew just about everyone. And even if you didn’t know someone, there was a way one carried themselves that told you if they belonged or not. The busy street was winding down to the northern part of the 3rd level. Fruit and wine stands filled the sidewalks, as a few Oxen carried large stones through the streets to the center of the city, where a new citadel was being built. The smell of fresh bread from the bakery 4 blocks away filled the air, and was enjoyed by each of the passing citizens. There was little use for an authoritive body, as there was hardly any crime. This many beyond the city considered odd, as there were no laws restricting the carrying of weapons. It is partly this that has kept anyone from even attempting to attack the city.
Among its many roads and buildings could be found multiple inns, alehouses, and all manner of shops.

North of the city of Ceddyn stands the Four Towers, the center for the study of Arcane arts:
Surrounded by a wall roughly 40 feet (roughly 12.2 meters) in height which forms a perfect square, shaped so that the southern corner points directly at Ceddyn, and in each corner is a gateway into what lays beyond. Still, each wall itself couldn’t be more than 4 miles (roughly 6.5 kilometers) in length. From ground level, nothing could be seen of what was within the walls, and there appeared to be no one on top of the walls. This was not surprising, as they were all perfectly smooth and rounded at the tops, making climbing over very difficult. Not that trying to sneak in was ever really necessary, for one of the four gates always seemed to be open. Upon each gate is a short inscription. On the gate in the Eastern corner: Balad-Celebgil, the star of hope. On the Northern: Arochnar, the seeker of power. On the Western: Palathos, the shroud of the dark. On the Southern: Saloristan, the mind that thirsts.
Each gate opens to a similar sight. Inside a square courtyard, where they stand in a corner, the walls being the expected 2 miles (roughly 3.2 kilometers) each. In the far corner stands a rather unimpressive tower, in that it wasn’t even as tall as the walls at 30 feet (roughly 9 meters) and made of plain, unobstructed grey stone that, like the outer walls, was perfectly smooth and polished to perfection so it would reflect back sun, moon, and starlight, yet it reflected nothing else. This was the tower named and upon the gate. The courtyard itself was a intricate, well maintained herb garden with walkways woven about that, if could be seen from above, would bare resemblance to a different symbol in each Tower’s courtyard. In Balad-Celebgil, a Six-rayed Star, providing a direct path from the gate to the Tower. In Arochnar, A spiral going clockwise inward toward the center and from the center going clockwise back out again creating an overlapping pattern with each spiral making 3 and a half rotations total. In Palathos, A triangle with a single ray going down from the center of the base line which connects the gate to the triangle path, the far point being at the gate to the Tower. In Saloristan, Two interwoven paths, both of which start at the gate and end at the Tower, crossing eachother at 5 evenly spaced intervals.
On the gate into each Tower was a better view of the symbol formed by the walkways. On Balad-Celebgil, a Silver Six-rayed Star that always seemed to always be glowing as if it were plucked straight out of the stars. On Arochnar, the Twin Spirals in ruby that shone like firelight. On Palathos, the Phalic Triangle on a Pedestal made of obsidian that feels like the cool embrace of nightfall. On Saloristan, Twin Entwined Snakes made of red gold that feels like the warmth of a lover’s kiss. Though, unfortunately, it seemed that while all of the Towers’ gates in the outer walls were open, only Saloristan seemed to be opening the Tower itself to all comers.
Entering the Tower provided a degree of confusion. The gates led straight into a large library, the walls of the round room covered from floor to ceiling in books, and both the size of the room and height of the walls could not possible fit inside the tower that had been seen from outside. Here there were many comfortable armchairs and small couches. Ladders were arranged along the shelves that could roll down to other sections, making it possible (though sometimes tiring) to each any section on the walls. There always seemed to be people in this room, young men and women all wearing robes of various colors and patterns denoting their focus of study and degree of advancement. Straight to the right was a door, barred and locked by more than just metal and wood, which lead to the basement, where the Master of the Tower had his personal study. Naturally, this was one of the greatest sources of rumors in each Tower, all the inhabitants wondering what the Masters did in there that was so important or dangerous that it was always locked tight.
To the left, on the far side from the basement door, was a stairwell that was the only way to all the other floors. This was also a source of confusion, because though the library was easily taller than the tower looked from the outside, the second floor of the tower was only ten feet (roughly 3 meters) above the first by way of the stairs. The second floor was again a large room, though only about ten feet (roughly 3 meters) high, filled with desks, the walls lined with bundles of loose parchment and blank leather-bound books for the many students and apprentices to use in their studies. This rooms never seemed to be as populated, and an individual had to always provide their own ink and quill to write with.
The next 3 floors were dedicated to housing, the doors from the stairwells leading to a series of hallways filled with many rooms, all containing a small bed with simple bedding with a wooden chest that could be locked for the inhabitant’s personal belongings and a short dresser for their clothing. At the end of the main hall on each of the 3 floors was a different meditations room.
The third floor of the Tower, being the first of the floors containing rooms had a meditation room containing a large wall fountain like a waterfall that fed into a rocky pond which took up most of the room surrounded by stone benches to sit on. Light fed in from a window behind the water fountain so that it seemed it was the water that kept the room lit. The fourth floor had a meditation room that was lined with several levels of shelves all filled with candles, with the rest of the room standing empty so one must sit on the floor. This room had no window, but there was plenty of light from the many tiny points. The fifth floor’s meditation room was a large Zen sand and rock garden, the only places to sit being the large rocks within the garden itself. It was these rocks that glowed with a soft colorless light.
After this point, the stairwell split, one lead to the roof of the Tower, which often served as another meditation ‘room.’ The other lead to 2 rooms, a storage room for various dried and/or powdered herbs, insects, and animal parts. The other was a large room containing heavy stone tables, on the sides of which were carved intricate runic symbols. Here, the students and apprentices were allowed to conduct various experiments to further their studies.

Not sure where to put this but may I please ask those whom believe in prayer to send a dear friend of mine healing. He is in a coma and in critcal condition today, thank you all.
